Buyer Benefit Package
My Buyer Benefit Package is my way of saying thank you for allowing me to help you buy your home in a way that no other agent does. Here is how it works:
I (Bob Garwood) agree to spend an extra $1,000 dollars for a final sales price of $150,000 or more to help you to buy your home with your input. For a final sales price of less than $150,000 I agree to pay 1/2 of 1% of the final sales price for your benefit package.
You can use this benefit package for the following items:
- I will pay for the buyer's home warranty if you are asked to pay for it in the contract by doing a commission credit at closing.
- I will reimburse you for your home and pest inspection by issuing a commission credit at closing.
- I will pay the balance of my benefit package toward any HOA costs to you that can be credited at closing.
You can choose from the above list of items to go toward the costs associated with buying your home. My contribution will be limited to the amounts stated above. That is why I give you the input on what you want it spent on. All credits must be done on the final settlement statement at the close of escrow and meet the terms of all contracts. This benefit package is contingent on you using me as your buyer's agent for the transaction that the credits will be applied to.
